iGEM-2013 Chiba

oxidation実験方法

1.メチレンブルーを蒸留水に溶かし、10mMメチレンブルー溶液を作製した
2.メチレンブルー溶液をフィルター滅菌した
3.メチレンブルーを以下のように希釈してから、125%LB培地32mLに希釈したメチレンブルー8mLを混ぜた
4.12時間プレ培したBL21とshuffleをメチレンブループレートに植菌した

1. Dissolved methylene blue into distilled water and made 10 mM methylene blue solution.
2. Sterilized methylene blue solution using a filter.
3. Took 8mL of diluted methylene blue solution as shown in Fig.X and mixed with 125% LB culture 32mL.
