Autoclaving
Autoclaving in the lab of DTU building 208
- Close the lid
- Check if it is locked (the orange pointer should be turned vertical)
- Wait until the condensation goes out before closing the valve
- Let temperature reach 125 oC and pressure 20 psi
- Wait for 15 min before switching off the power and wait an hour.
