Overnight culture from the plate we got from Andreas

3 falcon tubes:

ON1 with 15 mL

ON2 with 11 mL

ON3 with 12 mL

LB-medium

No antibiotics

Colonies taken were marked with numbers on agar plate.

Rotational incubation 200 rpm

37 C
