8hrs incoluation at 37°C, in LB+Chloramphenicol of a colonie from the INP_Strep-Dead transformation plate (06.08.13).
Additionnal 8hrs incubation at 37°C of the samples to make a pellet for Miniprep.

Innoculating Bacteris
We innoculated the bacteria transformed the day before in order to do a Miniprep according to the manufacturers instructions of the qiagen Kit.
