The colonies of yesterday didn't grow.
Made a new transformation reaction. Protocol as mentioned 08-07-2013.
Another try to grow the colonies that appeared on 09-07-2013. Run a 1.5% agarose gel with the PCR products of the silk PCR of 09-07-2013.
Ran a silk PCR according to the same protocol on 08-07-2013.
