did a miniprep of BB14 s1-5-14 and placed it in the biobrick box.made a digest, gel cut and ligation to BB14 of s2-5-14 and s2-5-5-14 (ligation over night in fridge).
did inoculation of BBa_K10850:16, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26 and 28.
