Looked at the plates with Pdes/CheY. A lot of colonies are present, red and white. So the white ones are inoculated in LB with amp.
Searched for CFP in the biobrick system. Transformed CFP to E. coli.
Plated ΔCheY and ΔDes for transformation tomorrow.
