Mirjam - Summerschool Day 1

Inoculated samples for the biofilm experiment. Samples were inoculated with Bacillus subtilis 168 wt, by picking from -80 stock with toothpick, stirring in medium and removing the toothpick afterwards. Are to grow in waterbath of 25C without shaking
Another set of strains were also inoculated:

strain	Medium
pnz	LB + Cm
ba	LB + Cm
bs	LB + Cm
neg control	LB + Cm

Cells are to grow in a 37 C shaker.
Both inoculation are put in ate 13:30
