Short-Peptide-NRPSs: Mass-Spectrometry

We received the results from the neonate screening: the Tripeptide-I shows highly elevated ornithine levels in comparison to the Dipeptide! Results of all samples analyzed by MS at neonate screening.

Samples 12 and 17 should be considered for re-analysis by mass spectrometry, since pellet samples did not show specific peaks at HR-ESI MS. Peaks were expected at 228,2881 Da (Dipeptide) and 392,49248 Da (Tripeptide-I). E/Z profile for the Dipeptide and E/Z profile for the Tripeptide I.
