The iGEM-Team Marburg offers you a toolkit of different parts for the effective use of Phaeodactylum tricornutum as a chassis. This package provides you several parts needed for the manufacturing of proteins and desired products. The kit includes several resistance genes against eucaryotic and procaryotic antibiotics, a light activated promoter as also a nitrate activated promoter. For efficient protein localization you are able to use several signal peptides.
