PROCEDURE OF MAKING MEDIUM

Antibiotics

  LB Medium                   Bacterial Agar                  Sterile Water

PROTOCOL

1.Mix Aquades and Agar

2.Pour mixture into Tube (Liquid Medium) and Bottle (Solid Medium)

3.Close the tube with cotton and bottle with  the bottle cover

4.Wrap the tube and the bottle that we have closed using aluminium foil

5.Sterilise into the pressure cooker,put 1100 ml of water into the pressure cooker

6.Wait for 45 minutes

7.Take it out and let it warm

8.For the liquid medium put it in refrigator

9.For a solid medium add antibiotic

10.Pour into LB plates,do it in the laminar

11.Wait until the agar getting solid,down the position of agar plates and wair for 24 hours

12.Your agar is ready to use
