Finaly Chosen Peptides

Today, we chose the peptides to use after a long time of literature research. We chose the peptides according the criteria we described here and below:

  1. No postranslational modification
  2. Do not affect E.Coli
  3. Affect S. Aureus
  4. No possibility to be dangerous for human (based on MIC concentration)

The list with the final peptides is:
  1. Magainin
  2. Maxim
  3. Signiferin
