1000 mL LB medium
Antibiotics

 

Procedure

Add agar to LB medium and heat in microwave until all agar has completely dissolved. Cover flask with lid. Perform next step at laminar flow cabinet! Let cool down a bit. If required, add antibiotics to Agar-LB medium. Cast plates in petri dishes (approx. 20 mL per plate). Store plates at 4 °C.
