100 mL | EDTA (c = 0.5 M ; pH 8.0) |
10 mL | KCl (c = 250 mM) |
Procedure
Dissolve all reagents in 1000 mL Aqua bidest. Store at room temperature.
Procedure yields 50x concentration.
