TAE Buffer

Reagents

242.0 g Tris Base
57.1 mL Glacial acetic acid
100 mL EDTA (c = 0.5 M ; pH 8.0)
10 mL KCl (c = 250 mM)

 

Procedure

Dissolve all reagents in 1000 mL Aqua bidest. Store at room temperature.
Procedure yields 50x concentration.
