Modeling Outline for Website:

1) Importance of Modeling

a) Sugar Circuit: i) To make a model that would allow us to predict how our circuit will react to different concentrations of inducer.

b) Conjugation: i) What is the minimum conjugation rate to get effective toxic repression ii) How many donor cells are needed to get effective toxic repression c) Mention efficiency
