One of the group instructors, is a scientist interested in hacking biological systems. He is developing technologies for producing new materials and manufacturing processes. Focus in molecular automatization and standardization, as well as, reduce costs of the genetical engineering process.

Also interested on computing in biological systems and synthetic biology energy and biofuels applications. Working for generating awareness of the power available on new technologies.
