Bleed-Through Test
1. Follow the general protocol to obtain inoculated culture.
2. Follow the protocol for a 96-Well Plate setup with these settings:
- Highlight the first three wells in a row and set all [Color] Wait to 0 except for Green Wait.
- Select every other wells that are not being tested and set all [Color] Wait to 0 except for the Black Wait.
