1. Make
M9 + Casamino Acid Media
2. Add 1g of
Low Melt Agarose per 100ml media.
3. Autoclave the mixture.
4. When solution has cooled down to 42C add antibiotic and innoculate.
1. Follow the
general protocol to obtain inoculated culture.
2. Follow the protocol for a
96-well Plate setup with these settings.
Highlight the first three wells in a row and set all [Color] Wait to 0 except for Green Wait.
Select every other wells that are not being tested and set all [Color] Wait to 0 except for the Black Wait. (refer to supplemental image)
3. Align the 96-well Plate to the wells on the app and then tape them down securely.
