M9 + Casamino Acid Plate
1. Prepare 20 ml of M9 + Casamino Acid Media in a 50 ml falcon tube.
2. Pipette 260 ul of inoculated M9 + casamino acid media into wells of interest.
3. Set the blinking timer as follows:
- always green light.
- 600 millisecond green wait and 400 millisecond black wait.
- 125 millisecond green wait and 875 millisecond black wait.
- 25 millisecond green wait and 975 millisecond black wait.
- 5 millisecond green wait and 995 millisecond black wait.
- always dark.
4. Follow steps of the 96-Well Plate Assay.
