Downloads

To download the source code for zMol, zTree, Eugenie, or Bac to the Future, please visit Github and download the zip. To run the projects, please see below.

Eugenie

  • You will need Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 C# Express and the Microsoft Surface 2.0 SDK in order to run Eugenie on your machine.
  • After you have downloaded the necessary software, download the Eugenie application (zipped) from Github.
  • Unzip the file downloaded. Open the folder and double-click on the Eugenie.sln file. Visual Studio 2010 should open the solution.
  • Press F5 or the play button to run the program.

zTree

  • You will need the Unity Game Engine (3.5.2) and the zSpace SDK in order to run zTree on your machine.
  • After you have downloaded the necessary software, download the zTree application (zipped) from Github.
  • Unzip the file downloaded. Open the Assets folder and double-click on the Scene file. Unityshould open the solution.
  • Press the play button at the top center of the Unity interface to run the program.

NOTE: Once you build it, you should have an .exe file, which means the program will be able to run on Windows machines only. After an executable is generated there should be a data file that has the same name but says data that saves to the same place as zTree saves to. That data file must be in the same location as the .exe file at all times.
