Received Gb3-mimic gene, synthesised and shipped by GenScript, Hong Kong.

Transformed E.coli DH5 alpha cells with pSB1C3 plasmid containing our BioBrick part BBa_F2620 (LuxR/AHL sensitive promoter element).
