The iGEM-Team Marburg offers you a Toolkit of different parts for the effective use of Phaeodactylum tricornutum as a chassis. This package provides you with several parts needed for the manufacturing of proteins and desired products. The Kit includes several resistance genes against eucaryotic and procaryotic antibiotics, a light activated promoter as also a nitrate activated promoter. For efficient protein localization you are able use several signal peptides.
