                 <p>It is my honour to be the group leader of HZAU-2013iGEM team. I come from life sciences and technology college and now it is my junior year. The first question I start to concern is the famous question “what is life” in my research life. I hope I will have a deep insight in this question in the future and synthetic biology may play an important role in solving this big question. I am also interested in physics. I want to know the framework of the world. I feel enjoyable when I am indulged in thinking those fundamental question. I hope our iGEM team can do well enough in the first year. </p>

                 <p>The idea comes from Yersinia pestis and fleas. We make use of fleas as our moving injector. When flea feed blood from dogs, our vaccine vector Bacillus subtilis will be regurgitated into blood and successfully transferred to mammalian host. </p>
