Gel Extraction

Procedure

  1. Follow Genaxxon PCR and Gel extraction Mini Prep Kit Manual
  2. Elute in 20 µL Genaxxon Buffer 3.2.
  3. Run eluate twice through the column in order to increase DNA yields.
  4. Store at -20 °C.
  5. Control success of gelextraction via gelelectrophoresis.
