SC Drop Out Medium

Reagents

6.6 g	Yeast nitrogen base
0.83 g	Synthetic complete drop out mix
55.0 mg	Adenine-sulfate
16.6 g	Agar

Procedure

Mix all reagents except for agar in an autoclavable flast and fill up to 1000 mL with Aqua dest. Adjust pH to 5.6. Add agar and autoclave mixture. After autoclaving, let cool down a bit and add antibiotics if required. Perform next step at laminar flow cabinet! Cast plates in petri dishes (approx. 20 mL per plate). Store plates at 4 °C.
