iGEM 2013 has come to a close and you are now all members of AlumniGEM! You have all created great projects over the iGEM season and many of them deserve to be written up and submitted as peer reviewed research communications. To start this process and help many of you write what may be your first paper, we have organized a special issue of ACS synthetic biology for iGEM projects. See here for details and what you need to put your manuscript together.

check on your submissions

check on your submissions

With parts arriving at iGEM HQ we wanted to remind you to check on your submissions: see if your submission has arrived at iGEM HQ, and the status of your samples.

Don't forget that in order for a sample to be accepted by the Registry the part:

  • must have its sequence entered into the Registry
  • be BioBrick compatible
  • and be in pSB1C3
If a sample does not meet one or more of these criteria, then its status will be "requires exception"!
