AB DL AC 9/7/13 We ran a T7 purification today to see if the regular WT T7 bands at a new location with our new CsCl stock. - 9.7 CsCl Gradient AB DL AC 9/9/13 We decided that our problem T7 banding in our gradient could be due to faulty phage suspension buffer.
