Today we did colony pcr of streptavidin part using vf/vr primers, and colony pcr of inp with vf/vr primers.
We also did restriction digest of inp.
In addition we transformed gfp, dtt, ruxyn into our competent cells.
Colonies from topo ta cloning were put in lb broth overnigt.
Checking streptavidin from yesterday's colony pcr with agarose gel electrophoresis gave no results.
