DOT ELISA for biotynilated CEA was performed.

The growth of colonies of BL21 transformed cells containing plasmids with RBS, YFP, and RFP were observed. Colonies of bacteria containing RBS and YFP were inoculated into LB broth containing chloramphinecol (25ug/ml), and were left on shaking incubator overnight at 37degC.
