COLONY PCR Protocol for PCR machines

  1. 98ºC for 2 min
  2. 98ºC for 15 sec
  3. 60ºC for 15 sec
  4. 72ºC for 2 min
  5. repeat steps 2-4 31 times
  6. 72ºC for 4 min
  7. Hold at 4ºC
