This afternoon we have the bacteria with BBa_K774007 and BBa_K741002 regrow in LB, so we can use their plasmid backbone to connect ourselves’ plasmid. The reason to use this two was that both of them had a plasmid backbone of about 2kbp and their own biobrick of 1kbp, so it’s more convenient for us to collect the plasmid backbone.
