We were so glad that today our advisor led us to get to know the ultraviolet spectrophotometer, which is of great use to detect the fluorescence of the bacteria community. We were clear that many of our experiments were related with fluorescence. The main project consisted of two kind of reporter genes and the detection of functions of biobricks are correlated with it as well. Also, we were glad that we began our experiments again, our new explosion.
We used the ultraviolet spectrophotometer to do some simple detection. Here are our data.
