Experiment for measurement of oxidative state
1. Dissolved methylene blue into distilled water and made 10 mM methylene blue solution.
2. Sterilized methylene blue solution using a filter.
3. Took 8mL of diluted methylene blue solution as shown in Fig.X and mixed with 125% LB culture 32mL.
4. Precultured BL21and shuffle for 12 hours being cultured on methylene blue plates.
