T cell: T cell is the target of HIV infection, so we were thinking about whether we can use a short peptide from the HIV envelope protein to direct our exosomes to the T cells. Therefore we cloned the GP 120(a peptide from HIV envelope protein) to the lamp 2b and we use pcDNA 3.1(+) as our vector.

For T cell targeting, we have only finished the plasmid construction and we leave the validation of this part for future work.
