Phage Purification September - October Notebook: October 14 - October 20 Daily Log

Phage Purification

10/16/2013

Took TEMs of mutated T7 phage for the small phage group. Found 3 small mutants and 1 large. We will repeat this experiment to get more measurements on capsid size.
