Main purpose
Prepare things for work in the lab at 115 which include autoclaving tubes and tips, making medium and plates with and without different antibiotics and make chemically competent cells.
Preparation of media for ATCC 19718 Nitrosomonas Europaea based on the protocol given.

Procedure
For chemically competent cells the protocol from iGEM [http://parts.igem.org/Help:Protocols/Competent_Cells Protocol for Competent cells] was used but we grew cells at 37°C.
