  • add 5 M NaOH to adjust the pH at 7.0 (few drops will be enough)
  • for plates: add 15g agar

SOB (recipe for 1000 mL)

  • 0.186 g KCl
  • 2.4 g MgSO4
  • 0.584 g NaCl
