Stock solutions

Antibiotics

    Ampicillin

      1.Mix
      • 4 g ampicillin (100 mg/mL)
      • ad. 40 mL dist. water
      2.sterile filtration
      3. aliquot in 1 mL stocks and store at -20°C
      4. use 1µL per 1mL medium

    Chloramphenicol

      1.Mix
      • 1g chloramphenicol
      • ad. 40mL ethanol
      2.aliquot in 1mL stocks and store at -20°C
      3. use 1µL per 1mL medium

    Kanamycin

      1.Mix
      • 3 g kanamycin (75 mg/mL)
      • ad. 40mL dist. water
      2.sterile filtration
      3.aliquot in 1 mL stocks and store at -20°C
