Main purposes today
Extract periplasmic contents from TAT21, SEC2, TAT31a, TAT22 transformants.

Procedure
Followed Openwetware procedure for periplasmic extraction([http://drummond.openwetware.org/Periplasmic_Prep.html| link]). Used smaller amount though.
Then, viewed the periplasmic and cytoplasmic cell contents under UV light.
Conclusion from today
The Hello World project was a success -- the periplasm contains GFP and the cytoplasm contains RFP.
