5/29/13 - Completed the second part of PEG purification.
5/31/13 - We worked on setting up our notebook online.
6/3/13 - We ran the CsCl purification step. - Next class we will attempt extracting the phage from the gradient.
6/5/13 - We extracted the phage from 6.3 CsCl Gradient Phage Purification
