Stock solutions

antibiotics:
1µL 1mL

  • Ampicillin
      • 1.Mix
      • 4 g ampicillin (100 mg/mL)
      • ad. 40 mL dist. water
      2.sterile filtration
      3. aliquot in 1 mL stocks and store at -20°C

  • Chloramphenicol
      • 1.Mix
      • 1g chloramphenicol
      • ad. 40mL ethanol
      2.aliquot in 1mL stocks and store at -20°C

  • Kanamycin
      • 1.Mix
      • 3 g kanamycin (75 mg/mL)
      • ad. 40mL dist. water
      2.sterile filtration
      3.aliquot in 1 mL stocks and store at -20°C

    IPTG Isopropyl-beta-D-thiogalactopyranoside
      1. Dissolve 238 mg IPTG in 10 mL DW
      2. store in 1mL aliquots at -20°C
    tritrack loading dye
