For the plates of the motility assay only the 0.4% provided a probable result. The others were completely overgrown, the reason for this is very likely that the concentration of agar (0.2% and 0.1%) is to low for plates. The tests did show that delta cheY bacillus grows better, and more uniformly, then competent E.coli. The hy-spank GFP e.coli plates grew colonies, 4 single colonies will be picked and inoculated. Performed a restriction digest of ms2 samples 1 till 3.
