GFP under Arsenic Inducible Promoter

GFP production in relation with arsenite concentration

To characterize the response of the Arsenite sensible promoter several cultures carrying a plasmid that encodes GFP under this promoter(Bba_K1106004) were grown overnight with different arsenite concentration (0, 10, 50, 200 and 1000 ppb.)Fluorescence was then measured with a fluorimeter at 555nm excitation peak and 55nm emission peak. All was normalized by the culture density measured by OD (600nm).
