Our biological design

We used a incoherent feed forward so as to generate a unique signal pulse which intensity was in relation with the imput concentration. To built this system a hybrid promoter was used in order to be able to generate the color output but at the same time be able to stop this production after certain time.

The hole system would then start after the imput and stop after certain time.
