Welcome and check in
Check in for the jamboree will take place on Friday, October 11th starting with 16 00 h at the Double Mixte building. Team leaders will be handed over a team bag containing everything necessary from badges to meal tickets. Check in will end at 21 00 h.
Friday rehearsals
Rehearsal rooms are located in the Humanités Building. They will be open on Friday, October 11th between 17 00 h and 20 00h. Each team will be able to reserve a time frame of 30 minutes within the aforementioned time interval. Online rehearsal room registration will be available soon!
Opening ceremony
A brief Opening ceremony of 30 minutes will be held at the Double Mixte and will begin on Saturday, October 12th at 09 00 h. The ceremony will be preceded by a 1 hour long reception at the Double Mixte, during which participants will be able to enjoy breakfast.
Lectures
Lectures are scheduled to start on Saturday, October 12th at 09 15h. They will be hosted in six lecture halls:

Teams are awarded 20 minutes of presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A time. Team switching on the presentation stand should not take more than 5 minutes. A more detailed schedule will be posted soon.
Poster session
The Double Mixte will host the poster session on Saturday, October 12th between 17 15h and 18 45 h.
iGEM from above
The group photo is scheduled on on Sunday, October 13th at 11 00h. Further details will come soon.
Closing ceremony
The closing ceremony will be held at the Double Mixte shall start on Sunday, October 13th at 08 30h with a breakfast reception of 30 minutes. Following this, the floor will be taken by iGEM HQ representatives and by Alain Mérieux, the founder of BioMerieux. This company is the major private sponsor of the European iGEM Jamboree 2013. Afterwards, the finalists will be presented between 09 30 and 11 00h. The awards will be granted from 13 00h.
