4/17/13 - Gave our presentation in class on how we would select for small phage - Discussed plans for finals week and interim period
4/24/13 - Started 5mL of E. coli BL21 overnight liquid culture at 11:15pm from our 4.6 BL21 streak.
4/25/13 - Checked up on E. coli liquid culture and performed streaking. - Performed 4.25 T7 phage viability test - Started overnight E. coli liquid culture using 4.6 streak
4/26/13 - Checked up on results from 4.25 T7 phage viability test - Found that the streak from 4.25 did not work very well since there were no individual colonies. - Performed 4.26 T7 Phage Selection Test - Started a new streak using the 4.25 overnight - Started 3mL overnight of E. coli from 4.6 streak
4/27/13 - Checked up on 4.26 T7 Phage Selection Test - Started phage liquid culture
