Hi, I am FANG Mingyue, a PhD student majored in Biochemical engineering. I helped the iGEM team of Tsinghua-E with design and construction of tryptophan sensor and producer. I am so excited to see that the tryptophan production of the strain really increased after evolution! Best wishes to the evolution and also to Tsinghua-E.
