Extract periplasmic contents from TAT2, SEC, etc transformants

Procedure

Followed Openwetware procedure for periplasmic extraction.

Then, viewed the periplasmic and cytoplasmic cell contents under UV light.

Conclusion from today

The Hello World project was a success -- the periplasm contains GFP and the cytoplasm contains RFP.
