Glycerine stock

Short explanation
 In order to have a permanent culture of cells glycerine stocks can be made.

Procedure
 1. Add 200 µl of sterilized glycerine or DMSO to 800 µl cell culture and mix well
2. Freeze the stock at -20 °C
